Amco Moul'flex® Silicone Bakeware

Designed for the professional baker and pastry chef, Moul'flex® provides up to 3,000 bake releases before the first signs of sticking.

-Non-stick molds made of 100% foodgrade silicone produced with a platinum catalyst.

-Dishwasher safe; can go directly into the refrigerator, freezer or oven (-40°F to 530°F).

-After baking, just let the molds cool for 5-10 minutes and gently bend to remove, clean, perfect product every time.

-To clean, rinse with hot water or place in dishwasher to release oil, grease and fats absorbed by the silicone during baking.

-The use of oil or other lubricants is not recommended, except seasoning for first-time use.

-Fill, transport, and bake Moul'flex products on perforated aluminum sheet pans for the best baking results.
