Carlisle Coldmaster® Food Pan

The Carlisle Coldmaster® Food Pan eliminates the need for ice & electricity - perfect for catered events indoors or out.

-Contains exclusive, non-toxic gel.

-When frozen overnight will keep food at or below 40°F for up to eight hours.

-Dishwasher safe, durable ABS outer shell construction.
Coldmaster® Standard Food Pans

-Designed to fit in standard-sized food pan templates, well openings, and portable food bars.

-Save time and labor by placing food directly into Coldmaster® Standard Pans.

-For back-of-the-house condiments and food prepping or front-of-the-house buffet service and catering.
Coldmaster® Coldpans

-Designed to hold standard food pans eliminating the need for unsanitary ice baths. Or, place food directly in pans.
Coldmaster® Crocks

-Hold two quarts of salad, dressing or condiments.

-Set consists of crock, coaster and clear lid. Optional Notched Lid and Crock Organizer.
