Colanders allow liquids and juices to drain quickly for improved food quality, reduced handling and enhanced food safety.

-Use with Camwear pans that are 1" deeper than colander

-Flat Covers, Covers with Handles, and Notched Covers with Handles fit on pans with Colanders

-Use in storage, prep, or service applications

-Temperature range from -40°/F to +210°F
