General Pastry Tips include: Plain for stems, scrolls, and flower stamens; Star for stars, shells, rosettes, borders, garland, and ropes; French for creating many finely sculpted ridges. NOTE: Size 7, 8, & 9 require Large Coupling Set (item 31371).
