The "ShoPlate" fits in the same size well as a full-size steamtable pan, but instead of dropping the food "down" into a well it raises the food "up" toward the customer for easier viewing and serving.
• The new Hubert "ShoPlate" was developed from a customer's suggestion.
• It is a different, more attractive way to show hot food on a serving line.
• "ShoPlate" is also specially constructed with a slight well on top so that any product juices will stay contained on the "ShoPlate."
• Heavy 18-gauge 304 series stainless steel.
• 13 x 21.
You can always remove it later.
