Steam Table Pan Elevator

Choose from four different pan angles to help display food and make serving easier.

• Available in Regular, Low, Super Low and Step-Up Profiles to meet the steamtable elevation you need.

• Original Pan Elevator holds 20L x 12W full size pans for standard steamtable wells and chafing dishes; however, however, Regular Profile also comes in 1¹/₃ Size.
• Regular Profile holds presentations at a 6° angle, 2¹/₂" or 4"D. Front profile is 1¹/₄"H; 3¹/₂"H in rear.

• Low Profile Pan Elevator has ³/₄"H front profile; 2³/₄"H in rear.

• Super Low Profile has ¹/₂"H front profile; 2"H in rear.

• Heavy-gauge 18/8 304 series stainless steel constuction with lightly brushed finish, except Black which is porcelain-coated, 16-gauge carbon steel.

• Step-Up elevates third size pan, 2¹/₂"H or 1¹/₄"H.
