Choose from four different pan angles to help display food and make serving easier.
• Available in Regular, Low, Super Low and Step-Up Profiles to meet the steamtable elevation you need.
• Original Pan Elevator holds 20L x 12W full size pans for standard steamtable wells and chafing dishes; however, however, Regular Profile also comes in 11/3 Size.
• Regular Profile holds presentations at a 6° angle, 21/2" or 4"D. Front profile is 11/4"H; 31/2"H in rear.
• Low Profile Pan Elevator has 3/4"H front profile; 23/4"H in rear.
• Super Low Profile has 1/2"H front profile; 2"H in rear.
• Heavy-gauge 18/8 304 series stainless steel constuction with lightly brushed finish, except Black which is porcelain-coated, 16-gauge carbon steel.
• Step-Up holds third size pan, 21/2"H.
