Vollrath® Bain Marie & Cover

Large 6"H collar provides elevation for safety and ease when inserting and removing while ensuring a secure seal on Adaptor Plate.

• Collar elevation avoids scorching of soups and sauces

• Inserts nest together for compact storage when not in use and stack when used with Slotted Covers

• Recommended for serving hot or cold food without affecting color or taste- ideal as a soup kettle cooker/warmer or in place of a #10 can

• Slotted Covers allow serving utensil to remain in vessel for maximum sanitation

• Hinged Covers include utensil notch and offer easy one-hand operation with Kool-Touch® knob handle for protection against burns

• Durable 18/8 stainless steel construction. 6 per case.

• Satin finish, except Hinged Covers which have Mirror finish.

• NOTE: Solid Cover is available for 7¹/₄ and 11 qt. Inserts
